Chris is from Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. After she received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology from the University of Slippery Rock in 1991, she worked at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida as a Child Life Specialist. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt in 1995. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner as well as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Chris is married and has many critters.
